Thoughts
Jim, you've been in my thoughts so much over the last few weeks. I feel so sad that I didn't see you over the last few years. I had some of the most fun years of my life during the period that we were working/hanging out together. You had a big impact on so many lives. Your massive heart and lust for life was unmatched in anyone else I have met. The world is a sadder place without you in it. Rest in peace my friend.

Darling Jim, I have been putting off writing my tribute until the final, FINAL deadline because I knew that doing so would make it feel more real than I could bear to feel. I described you to a friend the other day as part Yoda, part East End gangster. My friend searched my face for signs that I was joking. But I was just being factual, which doesn't happen a lot. The past three weeks have been an emotional rollercoaster, even by our bipolar bear standards. Like tightrope walkers, we tread the wire: Reality and Imagination, Courage and Vulnerability, Truth and Delusion, Head and Heart, Science and Magic, This World and The Next. Thank you for always being there for me when I needed you. I miss your wisdom, humour, sense of adventure, courage, kindness and loyalty more than words. I am so proud and blessed to have I am sending all my love to your life support system, Glenda, and all of your beautiful children and grandchildren. Fly high you beautiful soul!
